KT Tape® Original Kinesiology Tape contributes to targeted pain relief, provides strong support for muscles, joints and tendons without restricting comfort and range of motion thanks to its elastic core. It can withstand demanding workouts without losing the required properties for up to 3 days. It can withstand humidity and cold, can handle showering and even swimming in the pool.
Kinesio tape is pre-cut and ready to apply right out of the box. It also includes a guide with detailed application instructions for the most common injuries and problems. The tape has rounded edges that prevent it from catching on objects or fraying.
Like KT Tape Pro®, KT Tape® Original tapes also contain Secondskin, a patented medical-grade acrylic adhesive that is gentle on the skin.

Hypoallergenic, free of latex and natural rubber
KT Tape ® products are hypoallergenic, do not contain latex or natural rubber. They contain a minimum of potentially undesirable substances that can cause allergic reactions. However, if you know that you have very sensitive skin, we recommend testing a small piece of KT tape applied without stretching first to an area with "thicker" skin, such as the knee or forearm.
