The PS II Knee Brace utilizes state-of-the-art lightweight materials and construction that includes aircraft-grade aluminum gears that allow the knee to glide naturally. The neoprene sleeve provides healing warmth, and a sewn-in patella support helps keep the patella in the correct alignment. Additionally, this approximately 5mm thick neoprene sleeve is nylon-coated on both sides.
