The Merco MultiColour Dual two-row agility ladder is a training aid for athletes' fitness training.
A total of 20 plastic rungs for the 4.5m version , or 40 plastic rungs for the 9m version, can be easily adjusted to adjust the distance between the individual rungs according to the needs and imagination of the user. The Merco MultiColour Dual agility ladder includes handles that extend through the center of the rungs and prevent the ladders from tangling + a bag for easy storage.
