UD Epicondylar Tape for Tennis and Golf Elbow helps to solve the most common painful elbow problem faced by both athletes and office workers. These are painful overloads of the muscle attachments on the outer (tennis elbow) or inner (golfer's elbow) side of the forearm, which are most often caused by improper, repetitive movements.
Two pads on the inside of the strap are placed in the desired positions to provide targeted pressure on the muscle in front of its strained attachment. This way, the muscle is relieved, has a chance to recover, and the pain is relieved.
Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) involves overuse of the muscles on the outside of the forearm, the insertion on the outside of the elbow is painful, and therefore the pad should be placed "in front" of this insertion. Golf elbow (medial epicondylitis) involves overuse of the muscles on the inside of the forearm, pain on the inside of the elbow, and the pad should therefore be placed "in front" of the problematic insertion.

Usage :

Care :
You can machine wash the belt at a temperature of up to 40°C (we recommend using a laundry bag and closing the Velcro). After washing, stretch it while it is wet and let it dry.
