X-Stable 5mm is a lumbar belt that really gives you the lumbar support you expect. You can adjust the level of stabilization yourself by tightening the belt itself, additional flexible straps and removable plastic plates in the lumbar area. You can add, remove or move the plates according to your current needs.
You can use it during acute and chronic back pain, which will provide relief. In addition to supporting and stabilizing the lumbar area, it warms and compresses - thus helping to improve blood circulation to the muscles, supplying them with nutrients and, conversely, removing unwanted substances.
It is suitable for strength sports activities, lifting heavy objects, rehabilitation training, prolonged standing, walking, etc.

Care :
You can wash the bandage in the washing machine at a temperature of up to 40°C (we recommend using a laundry bag, closing the Velcro fasteners and removing the plastic splints). After washing, stretch it while it is wet and let it dry.
