A floorball stick with a hardness of 29 is a medium-hard stick that we recommend to advanced players, hobby players, beginners, women and juniors. The higher the hardness number of the floorball stick, the softer the shaft. Choosing the right shaft hardness can positively affect your technique and shooting.
Q-series shafts
Introducing the Q-series collection – a unique concept of floorball sticks designed for fast and agile players. The Q-series shafts have the kickpoint, the place of the greatest deflection of the shaft, moved closer to the blade, which provides better control over the ball and allows the ball to be played from the blade faster.
Key features of Q-series AERO:
- Kickpoint closer to the blade for better control and quick ball release
- designed for attackers and defenders who need to react quickly and pass accurately
- shaft composition Q-series Aero - 80% carbon, 20% glass fiber
- combination of carbon and fiberglass with a lower kickpoint for increased durability while maintaining low weight
What makes Q-series Aero shafts so special?
By moving the kickpoint closer to the blade, your shots will be more responsive, faster and more accurate. These shafts are a popular choice for players who use quick wrist shots and unexpected passes. In terms of weight, these shafts are comparable to the top shaft models (Carbon Swift and Carbon Pro), but the addition of fiberglass increases durability and changes the balance of the shaft (feels heavier).
Blade selection
This shaft is sold without a blade, so you can buy the blade of your choice and create your own unique floorball stick. You can also fit it with your existing blade, but remember that the blade must be from Salming. With the selected shaft, you only choose the length of the stick, as the stick is prepared for both left and right-sided blades.
Why did we choose this approach?
Before each season, we tried to arrange the shaft and blade models in the floorball collection in a way that reflected the wishes of the majority of players. However, it often happened that players had to make compromises. That is why we are now changing the rules of our own game a little. When choosing a new floorball ball, you no longer have to limit yourself to floorball balls with your favorite blade, but you can choose from a whole range of shafts with different properties, designs and hardnesses, which you can then fit with the blade of your choice.
Key benefits:
- Floorball without compromise - choose the ideal shaft according to your game.
- Unique - equip the shaft with your favorite blade - type, material, color - and you will create a unique floorball stick that will be just yours.
- Economical - you save money on a blade you don't need. The shafts themselves are cheaper than complete clubs. You can even use your existing blade.
- Sustainable - in addition to money, you also save nature = you don't have to buy a stick with a blade that you won't use.
