Salming Viper Pro combines lightness and perfect stability more than ever before. The model is still intended for agile and fast players, but thanks to the new ViperSKIN 2.0 upper, which increases the overall strength and durability of the shoes several times, those looking for comfort and stability don't have to be afraid to reach for it either.
A lot of attention and resources have been devoted to the redesign of the upper of the Viper model series in Sweden. The result is a completely new concept called ViperSKIN 2.0™, which will without exaggeration aspire to be one of the best innovations that Salming has ever produced. The new upper combines three layers that create an extremely comfortable, great-performing and great-looking whole.
In the remaining parts of the shoes, the Salming Viper Pro continues the previous series. The Salming RunLite2™ cushioning compound again takes care of the cushioning and excellent energy return in each bounce. Even during the sharpest change of direction, you will be able to rely on the maximum grip of the XR110™ sole, and on the bottom of the shoe you will again find the LMS and RollBar™ technologies developed for indoor sports.

Shoe construction and technologies used
Shoe upper
Comfort, durability and stability
The all-new ViperSKIN 2.0™ upper concept combines three layers for maximum comfort, durability and stability. The bottom layer is made of fine mesh for comfort. This is covered in key areas with an Exo-skeleton layer that keeps your feet stable even during the most abrupt changes in direction. Both are then completely covered with a layer of lightweight, breathable and, above all, durable nylon, which completes the perfectly functioning whole.

Pressure relief in the instep area
A significant innovation is the new tongue design. It is flexibly attached to the upper construction and significantly padded, which relieves pressure on the insteps even when lacing is really tight.

Holds the foot in place
The Salming HeelCup™ stabilizes and locks the foot in the shoe, which is key to feeling secure and comfortable. The anatomically shaped cup is also slightly higher, helping to protect the Achilles tendon.

Midsole - shoe cushioning
Maximum energy in every step
The composition of the premium Salming RunLite2™ cushioning compound used in the midsole is designed with maximum consideration for energy return with every step. Its lower height allows for better feel for the surface.

Sole - the sole of the shoe
Stability is the foundation
The special lightweight double-curved LMS torsion unit integrated into the center of the sole supports the correct direction and support of the feet during quick and unexpected lateral movements.

Don't be afraid of spraining your ankle
Ankle sprains due to sudden stops are one of the most common injuries in indoor sports. The special LMS+ 11° technology on the outer sides of the shoe sole significantly reduces this risk by tilting the sole 11° towards the center of the shoe.

Kneeling has never been easier
The inner side of the sole is decorated with RollBar™ technology, which rounds the sole of the shoes in this area and allows the foot to tilt more inward. This reduces pressure on the edge of the big toe and provides easier kneeling, which is so common in sports such as floorball or squash.

Comfort on impact, energy on rebound
The TGS 62/75° technology divides the sole of the shoe into 2 parts. The first part – from the heel to the ball of the foot – makes up approximately 62% of the sole area and is designed for maximum stability and impact absorption. It is separated from the second part – the front part of the sole – by the so-called ballet line, which is guided by the sole at an angle of 75°. This division ensures that the shoe bends in exactly the right place to stimulate the natural lateral and front-to-back movements of the feet. The front part of the shoe is then designed for maximum rebound efficiency.

Durability and extra good grip for all indoor sports
The sole of the model is made of a special XR110 rubber compound, which excels in perfect traction control and great grip. This is further enhanced by the special Salming HexaGrip™ pattern formed by small hexagons in key parts of the shoe.

Salming Viper Pro indoor shoes are new for the 24/25 season. The lightweight and stable indoor shoe takes the best of its predecessors and comes with a completely new ViperSKIN 2.0™ upper! Thanks to it, it has the ambition to become a hit this season. The best for fast and agile players.
