The revolutionary design of the CRATER ball was carefully developed in collaboration with engineers and players. They ensured that the theory also applies in reality and that no detail was overlooked. It was concluded that one feature that gives the ball a more even and stable flight through the air is the shape of the holes (grooves) all over the surface of the ball.
The CRATER ball is covered with grooves that are significantly beveled at the edges of the holes, so that the flow subsequently gives the ball a much more stable flight. The increase in air inside increases the absolute pressure and thus causes less turbulence. The grid of thin channels that have been used on the surface of the entire ball allows the air to travel a shorter distance over the ball, thereby increasing speed.
The grid thus controls the ball in the air and on the field.
