Recommended dosage/Instructions for use

• Before the race (during warm-up) 150 – 300 ml of drink

• During exercise 150 ml every 15 minutes

• 3 measuring cups for 500 ml of water

• Suitable for endurance physical activity, intensive exercise and in hot climates.

• Recommended daily dose: 500 ml.

• Osmolality of isotonic drink: 290 mOsm.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
