Isostar Powertabs are soluble tablets suitable especially for short and intense sports activities thanks to the correct dosage of carbohydrates, energy (87/kcal/dose) and micronutrients. This isotonic drink ensures optimal hydration and gastric emptying. It is also rich in vitamins C and E, B1, B2, B6, PP and calcium and magnesium: - vitamins B1, PP and B6 are involved in the conversion of food into energy. - vitamins C, E and B2 are involved in the protection of cellular components through antioxidants. - vitamin B6 is involved in the normal formation of red blood cells, which play a crucial role in the oxygenation of tissues, including muscle cells. - vitamin C can contribute to the reduction of fatigue in case of deficiency. - calcium and magnesium contribute to the proper functioning of muscles. This sparkling carbohydrate drink refreshes especially after physical exercise.

Recommended dosage
During the warm-up (150 ml every 15 min) and regularly during and after physical activity (no more than 2 hours after physical activity) (150 ml every 15 min).
Dosage preparation procedure: dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of water.
